The process of Ramifi’s (RAM) Injection Offering begins with our Market Maker introducing a 50/50 split of Ethereum and RAM token of equal value into a Uniswap V2 contract. This allows 1 RAM Token to be priced at 1 dollar, our initial offering price. As tokens are purchased with ETH, the amounts in the Market Maker contract will be readjusted on a 24 hour basis. Uniswap is being used due to the inherent time-oriented nature of our offering and hopes to be listed into other exchanges in the near future that are open to provide an inflationary hedge. Our offering is hosted on a market-making contract that will be supplied with more RAM tokens every 24 hours based on demand. The market will eventually determine the number of tokens to be offered. Users will also be able to benefit from our offering by participating in liquidity mining and staking lock-up periods who's opening is set to be announced in December of 2020.
