I agree with you.  You are absolutely right.  It is not right for a person to keep all his money in one place.  This means that only if you want to make a profit with Bitcoin, you will have to face a lot of losses if you suddenly lose. I can't give you an expert advice, cause I'm not one but would you rather recieve the same amount you invested? Or you want some profit in return?, you will definitely choose profits and that's bitcoin, you can earn some good profits if you invest in bitcoin rather than gold, why? Well bitcoin price has the tendency to moon after you buy
also vice versa  while gold is just like a stable coin,you won't get any profit in return, so for me I would say buy some bitcoin rather than gold.

Gold is old Investment, It is more popular than bitcoin. Bitcoin is more risk but also more profitable. I think It depends what Investment do you want to do. Bitcoin is the future Investment, but gold is less risk.

I will vote for gold. Although Bitcoin is now compared to gold. Even then I think gold is much better than Bitcoin. Because there is no possibility of loss if you invest on gold. Will definitely come in handy for financial needs. But investing in Bitcoin has a lot of risks. There is also the possibility of loss. Again the price may be lower in times of sudden financial need. So I will vote for gold.

For now, at the end of 2020 I vote for gold, the logic that I use is the base price when we buy, we know for now the price of bitcoin is going up and it's almost reaching $ 20K. So, to buy 1 BTC, we spend a lot of money. We cannot be certain about whether the price of BTC will increase or will it fall. I think the profit prosetage is greater the risk of losing.

All members here will advise you to invest in Bitcoin, and that choice is correct.
However, if you look at the Bitcoin and Gold trading charts, you will get the conclusion.
I'm using a 70: 30 ratio.
70% of the funds that I have I will invest in Gold or other goods and 30% into Bitcoin or altcoin.

I personally prefer both. 
They are all very worthy and promising investments. Why should I choose one if I can get two? Gold may not give us big profits easily but this is I think a safe haven. Crypto is not safe and risky but it can give me high profits.
