From my own point of view Napoli is not ready to ket go of Osimhen now and that is why they are asking too much from PSG who have shown serious concern in buying Osimhen. Napoli sees Osimhen as their only treasure to make profit from during this transfer and that is why they put a high price on him. I believe that if PSG accepts the deal, Napoli might cone up with another excuse of not letting him go.
