If Milan can show the same performance as in Pre-season then Milan will indeed have great potential to become a team that is difficult to beat in Serie A this season. But we know that it was just a pre-season match where the opponents they faced were not serious about showing their strength. It's just that it remains a good motivation for the Milan club because they still managed to win against big teams even though it was only in pre-season. I think Paulo Fonseca can be relied on. I see he can bring AC Milan to a much better game this season. He must be able to be better than Pioli if he wants to get recognition from all AC Milan fans. And I think he will be able to do it based on pre-season games.
I think AC Milan pre-season matches is very convincing. They can show the same performance in the league, too. Moreover, in the pre-season matches, there are still some key players not playing. Most of the players are second tier players. So, we can expect AC Milan can play better if they play with full teams. Well, Paulo Fonseca seems quite good to rebuild AC Milan squad. I really appreciate that he could sign a top striker like Morata.
AC Milan and Fonseca do look quite convincing if you look at the pre-season matches that have been played. And yes, AC Milan did not play with their full strength in the pre-season match. But in fact AC Milan can still play quite well. And yeah when AC Milan plays their main squad and plays with their full strength then I think it can be expected to be even better. And yeah bringing in Alvaro Morata was a very good decision. We have seen how this striker is still very sharp up front. And I think at AC Milan he will be a mainstay striker.

I have to say that they are making a good impression from the friendlies, but let's always remember that friendlies are friendly matches
leave time for them to find their result, they are necessary matches to experiment and understand how the team works
no more, no less

we will see at the beginning of the season how Fonseca's Milan behaves

I also like this AC Milan designed and configured by Fonseca, above all I think he found a way to fit together the pieces he had very well without needing to buy anything else, so he also saved Milan some expenses. Good job Fonseca.

Well, Fonseca can indeed make a good impression through pre-season matches. Even though it was only in a pre-season match, if Fonseca has produced good results by playing AC Milan's second tier players then he should also be able to produce equally good results when he plays AC Milan's main squad in the match when the season starts. This is a positive sign in pre-season. But the results will only be visible when the season starts. But I and many people here are definitely starting to see good signs for AC Milan coached by Fonseca.

Fonseca is working hard to adjust the strategy based on the pieces he finds.
Clearly I see very well the fact that he didn't come in expecting to overturn the team.  He seems like a good professional to me, we will clearly see him in the championship.

I remember how Fonseca started with Roma. Yeah, I know there's a big difference between the squad he was given at Roma and Milan currently
In Milan Fonseca has had a positive start and Let's hope it will continue but I don't celebrate friendly games, I'll start praising him at the end of the season when he lifts the trophy.
Let's hope he proves worthy of what he deserves because it would be great to see Milan great again.

Jul 31Strahinja Pavlovic DefenderRB SalzburgMilan18million
So far, Strahinja Pavlovic is AC Milan's highest purchase in this transfer market. The defender from Stuttgart does have a good track record at his previous club, which has made a strong contribution to Stuttgart's defense. This is a pretty good value for the development of the Serbian center-back. Even now, his current value has increased quite a bit, namely at €25.00m.

Meanwhile, another AC Milan signing that was quite successful was Álvaro Morata, one of Atletico Madrid's defenders at that time. They also bought him at a price that was not too high, €13.00m is a good number for Morata with his performance throughout last season. Oh yeah, this time, AC Milan seems to be much more focused on improving their defense strength and some in their midfield. Considering that some of their purchases were for defenders and mid-fielders. They also actually didn't make many purchases because many of their players had also returned from on-loan contracts.

I also think the same on this matter. And actually he is also showing that he is a coach who can be relied on there. So even though it was a pre-season match, Fonseca still produced good results and worked hard to make everyone at the club trust him more. All teams that have new coaches seem to do something similar with Fonseca. For example, Conte at Napoli also made good results in pre-season. Likewise, Slot at Liverpool also made good results even in pre-season. I think these good professional coaches are indeed building trust in the club. And I think it worked.

Milan played well at pre season matches and success defeating the top team Manchester City and Real Madrid then being draw against Barcelona. Being draw by Barcelona become last pre season matches for AC Milan before facing the first Serie A match against Torino two weeks later.
But I don't sure with good pre season matches result will be effective for domestic league matches because many team in pre season match use their second or young players composition. Serie A first match start two weeks later and interested some team transfer activities will make Scudetto race not only dominance by Inter Milan but also have Juventus and AS Roma.

And yes Alvaro Morata is truly a professional signing, among other things he is a player we know and appreciate in Italy.  He may no longer be a youngster, but he is certainly still very effective in his role and knows how to assert himself in a match.  I have good memories of when he played in Italy.

But they have to continue it in the real competition, because it will be useless if they can only be good in the preseason while in the competition they can't do as well as they did in the preseason.

Don't be too satisfied with what they achieved in the preseason, because if they do that then bad things could happen to them. Besides that, in the preseason almost all teams are not that serious about pursuing victory.

Likewise, Slot at Liverpool also made good results even in pre-season. I think these good professional coaches are indeed building trust in the club. And I think it worked.

I just hope that Milan will be able to keep up with their performance when the real game starts because from their preseason performance, they are doing well. However, that is not a guarantee that they are not very strong and can perform better than last season when the league starts. A club can perform brilliantly in pre-season and become weak in a real match.

You're right, their pre-season game looks very convincing. Everyone expects AC Milan can play consistently in the league matches, too. We can see the early matches in Serie A, this will determine much the performance in the whole season. If they can keep winning in few early matches in Serie A, we can assume AC Milan will play consistently in the real matches in Serie A as well. If we see their current performance, we can assume AC Milan is possible to compete for the title of Serie A. It is interesting to see what the coach of AC Milan to do, the current game of AC Milan looks quite different with the previous one.  :)

So far, Strahinja Pavlovic is AC Milan's highest purchase in this transfer market...
And yes Alvaro Morata is truly a professional signing, among other things he is a player we know and appreciate in Italy.  He may no longer be a youngster, but he is certainly still very effective in his role and knows how to assert himself in a match.  I have good memories of when he played in Italy.
Exactly, and AC Milan's decision to sign this Spanish Center-Forward for 3 years until June 30, 2028. Yes, at least 3 years ahead, Morata is 34 years old. Whether he will be truly productive until the end of his contract or not. But AC Milan is brave enough to contract him for 3 years straight. Surely because AC Milan understands his abilities.

For now, Morata is ready for training in Milan and can't wait to do the adventure with the club. However, he has to be a little patient to do it because at least he still needs some time to rest first.
