Some player's attitude towards a manager is sometimes very irritating. Though, we understand that the manager sometimes might be at fault, but he is in charge, and whatever he says should be final and the players should work with that. With the previous example the last user gave, there is this form of disorderliness and absence of respect in the Manchester United team. Lazy attitude towards training and other things are what some of the fans have noticed. If any players feels he/she is Bigger than the club they represent, then I don't see the need of keeping such players. We've had so many great players that stayed humbled in the clubs they represent, and it ended well for them. This is why I trust pep guardiola in issues like this.
