You're definitely right maybe from the later part of the season injuries may affect some team's so it may affect their performance if not with the competitive and consistent nature of the top four teams we are very far from  predicting which team is going to win the Seria title because all the top four teams are at their best with just a point difference of about two points so even the team on top can move down to fourth place if they lose or drop points as there's a high level of competition among the top four teams, this type of competition is very good as it will produce the best champion and it will help Italian football when going into Europe they will translate it in the champion's league next season
