I know what you mean, but if you look at Juventus's performance this season and the disputes that are starting to occur within the team between Motta and some players, changing the coach is the right decision. IMO
And I don't expect Tudor to make a fantastic jump in the standings.
I just expect Juventus to qualify for the Champions League next season, finishing in the top four.

You're right there are other teams that also sacked their coaches in the middle of the season and still did well this is because they where lucky and it will not be the case for other teams because what works for others will not always work for others because sacking a coach in the middle of the season is not a good one and it has some negative effects attached
