If I want an opinion or information from a bot, I can certainly ask it myself, there is no need for someone to suggest it to me here and present it as their opinion or whatever.

Case by case: if it is an older post of the same one who got the warning and the deletion doesn't break anything important you can just delete. If you want to keep the discussion line and don't want to delete some post you can write a warning in words. If you see some new case and want a user to have a registered warning you should share your finding with some other moderator who has such option.
