What is really "without experience" means? I think even at the age of 2-3 kids already play "shop/cashier" and in few years they will figure out what is buy low sell high means. This basics is enough to make first trades. I know users who started trading with small amounts (but without prior knowledge) and the first days they were lucky, days later the amounts increased and what had to happen to them happened, they lost everything, they relied too much on luck without taking experience into account, and they paid dearly.

Anyone can trade without experience and then their profit will depend on their luck.  I would say it would be better not to trade newcomers.  Because in order to trade, you must have a good idea about cryptocurrencies and markets.  However, newcomers want to make a profit by trading every day, but I will tell them to hold good coins for the long term.  As a result, they will benefit effortlessly.  And newcomers can apply some of the funds themselves to trade with experience.  This will further enhance the experience

I completely agree with your opinion that all professionals today, once were beginners and some of them themselves learned what they can do very well today. At least for every beginner today there is a very large base with information, thanks to which you can learn and gain experience. A few years ago there was no such possibility.

For temporary trading maybe you can pass some trades and get profit from it without proper education and experience. But If you want to take trading as your profession you must do some study about it and gather knowledge as much as possible. Otherwise, the future won't be nice for anyone.
