A best post contributor will surely get karma if his post type and content is well analyzed. Karma is important for an account because it shows the basic content of your person like his activity is good, he posts helpful and helps newbies. Your analysis was great and everyone can easily learn about karma from here. But i should be careful from bad comments because we don't want negative karma. So we should highlight only what we have experience with.
