All about Interfinex; A Platform for modern trading!

Introduction:
Simply put, Interfinex is a protocol that enables buyers and sellers to exchange using only ERC20 tokens without the need for a digital currency exchange or order book. This protocol uses an algorithmic equation that determines the exchange rate based on the balance of tokens and the actual demand for each particular exchange pair.
In fact, Interfinex provides a very user-friendly interface and enables traders to exchange tokens without having to worry about authentication procedures (KYC) or even having an account. This protocol also enables the automatic provision of liquidity to its users.
As mentioned, Interfinex is an ethereum-based protocol that can be used to automatically exchange between ethereum and ERC20 tokens. Interfinex can be considered as one of the DeFi projects because it aims to eliminate intermediaries in the exchange between ethereum and ERC20 tokens. This protocol consists of two types of smart contracts, which are called exchange contracts and factory contracts.
These contracts are written in the Vyper programming language. Each exchange contract supports exactly one of the ERC20 tokens, and each contract supports a backup of ethereum and ERC20 tokens. Trades created on an exchange contract allow direct trading of one ERC20 token to another ERC20 token via ethereum.
Using the factory contract, a new exchange contract can be installed. Therefore, any ERC20 token that does not yet have an exchange contract can be generated using the factory contract. The factory contract can be used to search for all tokens and exchange addresses added to the system.

Interfinex liquidity
Interfinex architecture is different from traditional exchanges. Most traditional exchanges use a book to match buyers and sellers. However, the protocol uses liquidity reserves to facilitate the exchange of digital assets.
The reserves in exchange contracts are provided by a network of liquidity providers. These liquidity providers deposit the equivalent amount of ethereum or ERC20 token to the relevant exchange contract. The first supplier sets the exchange rate itself, and if this rate is not appropriate, other traders gradually correct it. All subsequent liquidity providers deposit and trade using the exchange rate created.
 Interfinex also uses liquidity tokens that are compatible with ERC20 tokens. Liquidity tokens indicate the participation of a liquidity provider in an exchange contract. The goal is to encourage liquidity providers to consolidate their reserves so that all reserves become a single reserve.
Liquidity providers can sell or send liquidity tokens between accounts and do not need to withdraw liquidity from the exchange contract. Of course, these liquidity tokens are strictly specific to an exchange contract. There is no single native infrastructure asset that comes with the Interfinex protocol. Liquidity providers receive a share of the transaction fee after the transaction, instead of what they do.

Trade on Interfinex
One type of trading performed on this protocol is the exchange of ethereum with each of the ERC20 tokens. Here the exchange rate is based on the size of the liquidity pool of that particular asset within the exchange contract. This exchange rate is based on a fixed Interfinex formula and it is in the form of ethereum pool multiplied by the desired token pool.

Trade ERC20 to ERC20 on Interfinex
Another type of trading that can be done on the protocol in question is the trading of one ERC20 token to another ERC20 token, mediated by ethereum. This protocol causes, for example, an idol to be converted to ethereum in an exchange contract and then converted from another ethereum to an OMG token in another exchange contract, all of which are done within a single transaction.
This formula works exactly like the regular market, and the more tokens you buy, the higher the exchange rate.

Fee structure
The structure of the Interfinex fee for trades performed on the protocol is as follows:
• ERC20 trade to ERC20: 0.1% commission is paid
• With the introduction of each sub-category, 51% discount (0.049% fee) will be paid.

Interfinex and arbitrage trading
It is worth noting that although Interfinex is a chain-based, decentralized digital asset exchange, it does not replace centralized exchanges. When the exchange mechanism on this protocol changes direction, a correction mechanism must be available for it. This correction mechanism is in the form of arbitrage trading.
This strategy is such that the trader uses the difference between the two markets. In the case of digital currency, arbitrage occurs when the price of a digital asset differs between two exchanges, in which case the trader can buy at a cheaper exchange and sell at a more expensive exchange and make a profit. This mechanism is critical to the Interfinex mechanism because, as mentioned earlier, the first provider of liquidity determines the exchange rate at its discretion, which is sometimes lower or higher than the market rate.

Interfinex and Gas
One advantage of using the Interfinex protocol is that it is very economical in terms of gas. If you compare the gas spent on trading using this protocol with the gas spent on other decentralized exchanges, you will see that the protocol we are discussing is much cheaper.
