Crypto trading is better than holding a coin.

We can’t predict when the market will be pump or dump what Im just doing now is some some altcoins and bitcoin that I know can last longer as well already proven to survive despite the dump market they experienced. Though I still trade some coins especially the new ones that are trending only due to hype. We didn’t know how the market will be at least we should have some backup plans in whatever the market might be.

holding coins in my opinion still has a very good step, it's just that you have to hold potential coins like bitcoin, ethereum and BNB because if you hold coins that don't have progress it will be useless because there is no guarantee it can become very expensive someday.

When we see a 60% decrease whether to keep coins, I think both should be done i.e. trade and hold, this situation is a choice because it will make us more experienced, I held Ultra tokens and LCS tokens in 2018, then sold them in 2019 due to the situation a declining market, actually the prices of these two tokens increased in 2020 and 2022 and I regret not buying both tokens when prices hit all time lows

I don't think trading is better than holding coin.
Because it depends on your skill.
If you have good skill and experience in trading, I think trading is better than holding.
But I always believe holding will give us more profit.

From my experience, I prefer trading then long time holding. I used to hold coins or tokens, but I find most of the coins I used to used to lose value and I will take them a longer time to record or not even record again, so I started trading.

Trading and holding are good way to gain profit in crypto, So I think not which is better.
It depends on your confidence and your funds.
