You are correct, I have been holding a lot of coins and tokens. I recently find out that trading is far better than holding. You trade daily or weekly you find out that you portfolio. Holding has never benefit me. I rather trade now than to hold.

If you have small funds, you are better to buy in the bearish market, then you sell in the bullrun period. The option should be holding, especially a long-term holding, maybe around 3-4 years. You cannot get a sufficient profit in trading if you have a small fund. If you are a serious trader, you need a good amount of money, at least $500 - $1000 to target sufficient profits.

I think it depends on  what investment will you choose.
If you have skill on trading, I think Trading is better to do.

I think you should be able to see your goal in going into cryptocurrency, if you want to make a lot of profit then you have to start using cryptocurrency to trade because if you only hold coins the profit you get is very little.

I think you should be able to see your goal in going into cryptocurrency, if you want to make a lot of profit then you have to start using cryptocurrency to trade because if you only hold coins the profit you get is very little.

professional traders that need flying hours and experience. so I prefer to trade with a focus on one coin. it's to avoid loss if the price goes down I can buy a lot

You should have looked at the data comparison between the short-term trader and the long-term holder. Long-term holders are getting more profits than short-term traders. Though it is hard to get a perfect entry, I think the combination of both strategies will give a better outcome if you are a crypto investor. But both involve high risk.

If you have free time to do trading , I think You can.
But I personally enough busy, I think hold is better to do.

I'd say that both have their own benefits. If you are fine with keeping your investments for a long term then, you should hold the coins, otherwise you can trade them.
