When is the right timing to buy cryptocurrencies?

A very good time to buy coins is later after the bull run. Usually after a bull run there will be a heavy market. and that's when many coins experience a drastic drop in price, and that's an opportunity to buy.

It seems to me that even today it is very profitable to buy Bitcoin, but for good earnings you need to have a sufficiently high amount of capital. I would choose investing in Ethereum, which should show very good growth results not only next year, but also by the end of 2020.

We can not buy any coin anytime that will give us a loss. We must have a basic and fundamental understanding to read the market moves so that we can analyze and decide which is the best coin for the investment. I believe bitcoin is almost near to its all-time high and seems it will make a new high in the coming days but I won't suggest buying BTC at this moment one should look for good potential altcoins that has not moved so much and expected to move.

For me the right time is whenever a coin is siting at his bottom and whenever it bleeds too much. Firstly we have to find the the bottom support area, whenever it touches that wait for the breakout and at the time of breakout take the entry and get benefitted from it. But don't be greedy, greediness can make a millionaire to a beggar within few hours, so be careful.

Second time buying being today is relative. One can not see a coin that has moved up very well to buy it. Have patience and wait for a good dip to buy.

We know that when bitcoin price was $3000 some of us thought that when the price go down then i will buy some but ultimately nothing is bough till today and the current price of bitcoin approximate $20000. This question always come up so very often and in my humble opinion I would say when the market is on the dip at this time many good coins / tokens are at a discount, but from experience and observation it seems many people don't like buying at this time only until when they see the market is recovering which can be too late for some, best idea is to buy good and solid coins at dip.

The best time to buy is when the market is red, when everyone is selling and looking for exit, remember March this year when BTC price was dumping like hell, it even sold less than $4k on some exchanges, those that bought around that time and still holding have made 5X buy now.
