Buying crypto currency in the market during crisis season is a good one but it is something that patience is really needed because you are going to wait long term.If you lack patience better to invest for short term project but if you are newbie this is not advisable.

To determine the right time of buying crypto is sometimes not realistic because bitcoin/altcoin price are very unpredictable. You may buy at the top in a certain period and in the nest period, the price changes positively and you reap some profit.
I do not disagree on the fact that buying at the top has great potential of a possible price fall, but it can also puch further up sometimes. I think price can push either ways because crypto generally has proven very difficult to predict to near accuracy.

I think anytime is the right time if you really want to invest in crypto especially in the best coins like Eth and Bitcoin. Because indeed the price continues to increase sharply and I'm sure the longer it will be higher so it's never too late to buy crypto.

That's correct! When the token price decrease we should buy the potential. When the price increase we should decide to sell in order to earn even small return.
I'm not sure if there is really bull run after 2020. But better to buy now while some potential altcoins are in decline. Much better to anticipate the possible bull run prediction.

Obviously when a coin is on all-time low or 1.20X from its all-time low are perfect time for purchasing any crypto currency . We must analysis properly  before make investment in any project.  Let's take a example , their is a coin " DEGO " , that's is at all time low . It's time is perfect to invest some capital in this project.

It presents any investor the chance to make easy profits from any potential rally or price recovery. If the project is solid and thriving, there is simply no way prices wont recover from every dip.
