Should we sell Bounty rewards?

I think that is all up to individual. Someone might choose to hold while someone might choose to sell immediately if it's valued. But on a personal note, i will say it's better to sell bounty rewards if they are worth something, and if the project is huge and have the potential to do well in the upward direction then holding is a good idea.

First thing first, identify the tokens reliability.
Once you know the token's possess a kinda potential and could hit the moon someday. Then hold your bounty tokens for much better result. It's not about sell them immediately but what kind of tokens who received and the future.

Base on your experienced but not the same experience with others. Sell your bounty tokens right away depends on the potential and transparency of the project. I agree, some coins doesn't have real use case in crypto market, but some are really dominant and hard working to create the brighter future. Define your coins before you decide to sell all of them.

Many bounty programme is Fack or valueless on this time. If you join 10-15 different different Campaign then you can Earn some good profit from One or Two campaign. But reward selling is not good idea for us. It maybe good or Bad for Bounty hunter. If you see that you sell your reward and Before you see this Project listed on good and Big exchange then it will be Very painful.

Other side of the coin - selling reward will create a volume on the market. Having extra trading volume is better than not having it. If the altcoin has no real usability in the project, why not sell it or trade it? Greater volume means greater demand in someway.

Btw, how can the effect of selling bounty tokens affect on bounty manager? Why is it bad? I think that wont impact on managers reputation at all.

As always, I advice to sell it when you do not know how cryptocurrency is behaving in the market. Well if you can take the risk without understanding the risk then you can do that. I believe after sad moment will leave a scar for learning.

^ everyone has their own reason why they are selling the bounty rewards they get. it's not wrong to sell the rewards you get because it is the result of your hard work, only cowardly developers are afraid of bounty hunters selling the tokens/coins they earn.

If you need just selling money. But if you don't need money, you better hold on to it.
From 2017 I took part in the bounty, and when I received the reward of all the projects I participated in, I held it until the price got really high. I have a target when I receive coins from the bounty project I will not sell until the coins become $ 3000.
Because I really believe that all coins will have a price in the future

Do not set a program like that. You should base your decision not just to earn money from your hard work. If possible, make things accordingly to the roadmap and reliability of the team. We should sell the tokens without a clear vision but we should wait further for the good one.

It's something of choice and personal reasons. Bounty are reward paid for your service, it's now left for you to keep it or sell them whenever you receive them.
Though, I do keep in the past but I'm a bit afraid of Btc dump especially now that we are having a new all time high. If I get paid in Btc, I can hold for some period but sell when I receive payment in Altcoins.
Altcoins don't perform better when Btc is dumping except the project is of high quality foundation with enough hype.
