If we think the project has potentiality in future, good team combination, token supply,  listed exchange, it should be kept hold for further improvement but if the project isn't good enough, huge token supply, listed in low volume exchange and potentiality is zero, then this tokens can be sold. I also follow this strategy. This is good for bounty hunters as well as  responsible traders.
