Since the 2917 bull run is because of retailers I'm pretty sure that those retailers are still in the market and have been reading analysis and study the signs of what is potential and what is not. In it we can surely see a great bull run to all potential altcoins and not to shit coins which such kind drained the pocket of retailers last 2017.

Until bitcoin becomes a  stable at some point or in range, Altcoin will not enter into Bull Run.  But I think in the start of 2021 Altcoin will grow.Second thing is that Bitcoin Dominance should be decreased in this seen.
