Yes altcoins is not moving what i think when btc touch 30k after it will dump to 24k after that altcoins will boom that will to much big pump never think about it that will be huge day for every one.

it is true that bitcoin affects all altcoin movements, but bicoin determines the market there could be other problems even though they could.[/size] but the altcoins last year there was no movement and this year it could be ATH from altcoins, we will wait for that.
