I had read many articles around in the internet and found some good attributes regarding on the  different kinds of crypto in the crypto market. And i found out that ethereum is a platform which also supports mostly of the altcoins being introduce by  its mean using ICO. Conducting a project from the crowds budget and in return from the contributions are the giving of tokens instead. And afterwards the tokens will be used in an exchange they prefer to partner with. I think it is not about the ranking position that makes ETH popular. Most likely the use case and meaningful platform of ETH that gained a lot of trust from supporters around the world. Ethereum will not be change in rank #2 if no one can reach the same level as it is.

I have my reservations when it comes to comparing eth to other network,  this why eth seem more preferred (I wouldn't say best) is because eth was the first to offer the smart contract service,  the first to offer it's platform to other new projects to build ontop, but ever since then, we have seen more projects with their own blockchain that offer similar services but for some reason people are stuck with using the eth network, irrespective of highly congested network and high transaction fees.

I'm not sure if ethereum will touch $10,000 price which for me is not realistic prediction. Even I convince myself that everything is possible, I cannot believe to hit $10,000. The pump is not about magic but there are certain things to consider and target price. I think it is not about time to see $10k per ETH.
