I like Ethereum for now is that it changed to Ethereum 2.0.
This feature of Ethereum 2.0 is really cool because it can reduce transaction fees or speed up sending Ethereum coins in 1 second and can send more than 15 Ethereum.
Then the feature of Ethereum 2.0 is that we become a validator to participate in every transaction that gets rewrads.

I am using ETH as payment for transaction costs, and I have absolutely no intention of accumulating ETH in order to profit from its increase in price. In my opinion, ETH was born to be used by users of the Ethereum platform, which makes it the top altcoin.

I also agree it is because erc20 is so popular this day. There are other blockchain in crypto but Erc20 is above them all. This platform is superior over the other. That is why not impossible for this coin to have a huge demands. Some projects navigate to Erc20 despite the high gas fee of eth.
