Fortunately, I probably only wasted my time participating in projects that turned out to be a scam, and disappeared with all the funds raised, accounts were deleted and the end. It is even more sad when you also invested your own funds and lost them, trusting the promises and plans of the project deceived you and other investors. This is a very big risk to invest in a new project, even if you study all the information about it, this is not enough, since unfortunately, they are becoming smarter in their methods of deception.

I agree with you. Personally, I myself have lost a lot when investing and trading. And I try not to remember these altcoins and projects.

There has been a spike in the number of cryptocurrency scam, binary options scam and forex scam in recent years. There are a lot of fraudulent cryptocurrency investment websites. A lot of investors have lost {including me too} money to investment scams and in projects that turned out to be a scam.

The thing is, as an investor, why would you get yourself involved in a scam project? To be an investor in the crypto space and to make profits you must always do your own research; you must always conduct due investigations and more importantly do not get involved in pump and dump schemes

I think it was common in this industry because everything is so volatile and fluctuating, thats why losing in crypto trading and crypto investment is part of the game, But losing in scams are not experienced by everybody I bet, most crypto investors are willing to gamble in the name of profit but not on scammed and frauds

Most major investors will failed to call out projects they have invested that has fall from hero to zero but will always promote those that gave them fortunes.

I'm already over 5 years here in Cryptocurrency but I still suffer or experienced losing in trading on picking the wrong coin to invest, no one can perfect trading and picking coins to invest especially these new coins in the market, you get wet if you dip yourself, no one can escape even if you are very careful the best thing is to minimize your losses.

I believe that someone who enters the crypto world will find a scam project, difficult to detect early because, the ways to cheat investors change over time, so we often fall into the same hole.  Learning beforehand before investing can minimize losses and also use your heart to determine.

I think it has obviously become part of the cryptocurrecy business to be found on one crypto issue or another. If one has not falling unto a scam through ICO/IEOs, or through some form of trading/investment miscalculations.
As a matter of facts, I doubt if there is anyone who has been on either ICOs/IEOs scam activities or a trading/investment set back.
Hunters, in my opinion, has suffered most by some of these projects campaigns, some of us has either been used for campaign without a reward or might have invested/traded certain coins/token on an exits scam projects etc. Infact, as a trader,/hunter, I have considered this sltuation as part of the crypto business.

Every true investor has realized this, about the risk of investing their funds into crypto, that is about the scam projects. every investor must have been analyzing the project before investing and sometimes their analysis was wrong and they got the scams. But the true investors know that is the risk and will not take too much mind about it. that is why many of them only invest in small amounts
