巴塞罗那推出本地数字货币

据 cryptodaily，西班牙巴塞罗那推出本地数字货币 REC，试点项目将持续到 2019 年 10 月，如果成功将可能会继续实施。REC 命名来自西班牙语「市民经济资源」三个词首字母。推行初期，只有实体店家能进行 REC 与欧元兑换，REC 目前对欧元的汇率为 1:1。市民可将支付的 REC 直接发送到零售商的手机。初期市民可在10 个街区购买物品，之后可能会扩散到巴塞罗那大都会区的更多区域。
