What is the transaction limit per second for Dogecoin?

I've explored several sites related to Doge coin but unfortunately none of them discuss it from a technical point of view. Can someone give me a link about the Doge blockchain especially the transaction speed?

Unfortunately I don't go too far for DOGE transactions because I rarely arbitrate using DOGE coins.
But I had one time in 2017, where I thought DOGE transactions were pretty fast when compared to Bitcoin transactions because Bitcoin requires blocks for further transactions and this is different from DOGE coins.
