What % of your crypto portfolio is in altcoins and why? [Q1 2021]

I think that the answer mine is around 70-80% of all my portfolios. I have many altcoins, moreover, they are new coins or tokens released, However, I also have some top altcoins that are in the top 20 at least. Some are promising but I also realized that some altcoins are worthless

Because of the risk of investing into Altcoins I believe it should not be more than 30% of one's portfolio, 40% Bitcoin and 30% cash reserve, in case of market crash, much money is made during crash because the price move down fast and return back fast. Look at what happened yesterday those that bought the dip are 20% up already

I only have very few altcoins in cryptocurrency because I trade in cryptocurrency very rarely.
I also participate in bounties to earn altcoins too rarely and this is why I only have a little% in my portfolio.

Maybe next time when I have little funds and Bitcoin is cheap, I will buy it for a long term investment.

It depends on everyone's investment style. Many like to keep 100% and stay relaxed for a few years and many like to have 50% and use the other 50% for trading. I am not a holder so I like to trade with my holding to increase my portfolio. Holding is not something that I like about ALTs.
