All market down & are you depressed?

Why should one be depressed when the market is down,? This will be either because the person is new to crypto or he or she invested much more than he or she can afford to loose, this is one of the rules of crypto, never invest what you can't afford to loose, I've been in this game for quite some time now and never have I ever got depressed cus the market dropped, what gets me depressed at times is the regret of either selling too early or not exiting a scam coin when I had the opportunity to, apart from this, one should never feel depressed because the market dropped cus if one is just patient, the market will still rise again in due time.
