We are searching for a person, who would be responsible for users' support of TON Surf app in different ways and places.
Content:
- Create new articles for
http://help.ton.surf/, publish weekly updates, support all the info up-to-date)
- Create and support “How to” video channel on Youtube
- Support Backlog (save in one place all product problems, insights from the community, ideas)
- Support FAQ, micro landings, other info on the main TON Surf website

- Support help features inside Surf app, like text about staking
Communication
- Answer users questions via email, app stores, Telegram, Surf assistant chat inside the app, on community forum Forum.freeton.org.
Translation:
- Help organise translation process: 3 core language: en, ru, Korean; translation to other languages should be community-driven.
Actions:
- Help conducting community meetings
- Add ton.surf to different catalogs (technical start-ups, etc)
- Support new app versions released (release notes, announcements in community channels)
- Pulbish in community channels stat cards (new wallets this week, etc)
- Help with publishing news and articles, stories on Free Ton house website

What we want from the candidates to this position:
Fluent English and Russian languages, good grammar, punctuality, friendliness, former account manager / client manager for 1 year and more. Good organisational skills.
As a plus:
- working experience in support,
- experience with support systems,
- Korean language.
- Blockchain / fintech background,
- Maybe living in Vladivostok, Chinese, Japan time zones.
