Sofico bounty manager's requirements are too hard for hunters

Whatever the conditions, in my opinion it is not the final decision, I have never participated in a bounty managed by Sofico because there are many other bounties with terms that I think are easier and there are no changes, maybe one day I will join. and seeing a number of requirements in my opinion do not hurt the hunters and working time during the bounty campaign, I think each requirement is subject to change due to requests from project team members and bounty managers to carry out these requirements

The requirements for work is  increasing day by day.Before this there were two retweets and two tweets on a day ,now he is asking 20 tweets/retweets which is lenghty process.Bounties managed previously by him did not give us a lot.they gave a few a very few tokens.I think he should review his rules.

I agree that the conditions for doing a lot of retweets and other things very often threaten to ban the account for spam, which happened to me more than once, so if the conditions are not changed, I still do not advise risking your account, especially if you have it for a long time time and you appreciate it. We hope that the conditions will still soften, but secondly, no one will force you to participate, there are rules and you decide what suits you and what does not. The bounty manager is not bad, but personally, I don't really like the three-month delay with payments, since during this time the project may die or just say thank you, everyone is free.

Sofico bounty campaign tasks are not hard. But may cause a lot of spam in social media (with their 2* retweet/comment/tweet) and on forum (with daily reports).
It is ok to do so many tasks for social media, but manager should limit the amount of participants. And allow to remove forum post with report, as soon as stakes are given in spreadsheet.

I agree with you sir, It's so hard especially for hunters who don't have much time on the forum.

Bounty manager should care about participants, so their reputation can be good. If like this maybe many hunters will leave him

I already joined many bounties Campaigns managed by deloodin /sofico management team but I don't get any benefits or huge amounts of payments. Most of the bounties campaigns rewards are vained and never exchange. I don't join any campaign from now.

Sofico is currently supporting the StoBox project's bounty campaign with a pool of $25K & STBU token is already listed on the exchange. It seems like a good bounty campaign, the only problem is that the bounty manager seems a bit greedy asking the hunter to create 2 posts + 2 shares + 2 comments per day. I am participating in that campaign but still fear that my Twitter + Facebook account will have problems soon.

I would suggest you to not over burdenize yourself and only join campaigns that you can work for diligently, joining too many campaigns can be counter productive as you can fall short of performing the tasks and then missing the weekly stakes.

Thank you for mentioning this. I did the Sofico IQ bounty last year and I must say that like a 9-5 job. It is so engaging you won't have time for yourself. Why make it so difficult I stopped participating in the bounties.

For social media bounties, I have never joined, but when there is a signature campaign bounty option, I will join and until now Sofico is still a good manager because the payment for each bounty that has been completed is always on time.
I think Sofico has other reasons when making the requirements of each bounty he manages, almost more than 2 years I have joined the bounty managed by Sofico and there are no problems during payment, maybe all the requirements that exist today are requests from the project team.

I guess everyone who participate in that bounty should know first the terms and rules before filled up the registration form. The duty is quiet hard and much vulnerable for the audience in case they support the project. Because the more share the more it looks like potential and interesting.

I agree that in some projects the conditions are too large and difficult to fulfill, besides, you risk your social networks and accounts with such great activity, for example, Twitter and Facebook do not like too active and even on the topic of crypt. Have been following sofico bounty manager have being participating in almost all her bounty which include NextProtocol, Stobox and 7plus. But seriously her rules are to strict and all her works are daily submittion, actually her works are legit but her rules are to strict.

If those are what you mention about the BM, I do agree with it is a little bit too hard for the bounty participants. Glad that he wants to consider it, however make it easy is much better. People will be interested to join if the requirements aren't difficult. Most people don't want to join if it is hard to do.
