Sofico bounty manager's requirements are too hard for hunters

Sofico managers may be improving their standard in the bounty. So, they create harder rules for bounty hunters. I think it is no problem. But if you think it is too hard for you. You can skip it and just choose another bounty. However, in my opinion, it is not really difficult rules as you think, just don't be panic.

You are very correct dear friend, sofico bounty manager's requirements are way too hard and stressful for bounty hunters, thier daily requirements most times is even what other bounty's ask for weekly and this is very wrong, so there need to adjust their bounty requirements to reduce the stress of bounty Hunters and also most bounty hunters do alot of spam work because there want to meet up with the Target.

I always carefully study the needs of the grace participants As more and more people are joining grace now, the requirements are getting harder and harder. And it really happened with some rewards.

It’s totally bounty managers hand. But, I totally dislike his rules. 20+20= 40 post a week is too hard. From my opinion 5 retweet and 5 tweet is ok for a project. But, I Don't know why he required 20 tweet and 20 retweet.

Though i dont know this campaign manger neither have i ever participated in their campaign before, but sure, the requirements listed in the ops post are sure way too much and some one like me hardly participate in such bounties, i started following bounty detective of recent and started participating in their campaign and i must say i think they are the best.
Its a good thing that the bounty manager has listened to the complains and promised to make adjustment, i will also encourage the manager to try as much as possible to stop forcing his refferal link on bounty participants as this is very very unprofessional.

Why not contact him directly and boldly confidently say your concern? Maybe he will tell you why he required such difficult duties.

Yes o, i thought am the only one noticing that, all most all his campaign task are hard, because i have participated in his campaign two or three, every other one i do run from it, because its quite tasky.

But for the StoBox campaign, the requirement is still 2 post + 2 share + 2 comment per day.
Reason: Sofico wants to increase the number of posts about the project on social networks, and the project also has more "beautiful" accounts: more shares & comments

Whatever the reason behind it, in my opinion, is not something right, how can the Sofico attack bounty hunter if the rules is so hard. Try looking at manager tokpie, for signature only required 5 posts, and the social media is easy, and this is a good idea.

It would be a waste if only a few bounty hunters join..

Crypto currency does not care about your emotion; this also applies to bounty hunting; you do not have to join all bounty jobs; if you find  that a bounty job is not pleasing; ignore it and move on; the best way to deal with bounties is to do 3-5 per year; you choose, quality, best and most convenient.

I didn't participate there, but for me it was natural.
Back when I was still actively participating in bounties in 2014 at BTT, I often found bounties that had rules like you said.
But in the past, Twitter and Facebook did not have spam regulations, unlike now, Facebook and Twitter already have spam options.
So for now if you tweet and retweet for a week 20, it makes Twitter account suspense

As far as I can remember, no project has won from such aggressive advertising, at least I don't know of such successful projects. But on the contrary, I know projects that with such advertising ended up at the bottom, or were an outright scam. So everything should be within reasonable limits, and I don't want to exchange my Twitter account for any project.

And you didn't ask the bounty manager himself to make the conditions easier. I don't really think that comments are needed, they are superfluous and people are mostly spamming there.
