CoinGecko's Portfolio feature: very interesting & useful

Like Coinmarketcap, we all use CoinGecko to see the price of any coin.  This is a very popular portfolio.  We can quickly see if the price of any coin is listed.  We can see the price of any coin in the CoinGecko just like we can see the price of any coin in the Coin Market.  CoinGecko is very popular all over the world.

I didn't know that Coingecko functions because I was using CoinMarketCap or CMC most of the time, But thanks for this info, I might try using CoinGecko now to experience that feature, by the way, CryptoCompare is also a better alternative its lite and easy to use.

Personally I find cryptocompare's portfollio much better. It's slow to load up when you have 100+ positions open, but gives you a much better overview, as well as being able to see your portfollio is terms of btc and eth value which I find most important. It's also possible to have have multiple portfolios (for example to separately log a trading account's performance against a hodl account). I've been using it for years and don't have many complaints

Thanks for the information so helpful, we have 1 more option to easily track investments.
Of those I know, traders only use CryptoCompare because it has a lot of information that will be useful to them.
I still use CoinGecko for its simplicity and friendliness, but I will create an account on CryptoCompare to learn and explore more.

Undoubtedly, the portfolio function for each user on Coingecko is very useful, and everyone can use it at their own discretion, but nevertheless, for some reason, I like the Coinmarketcap interface the most, although I understand that CMC is already losing its relevance and authority compared to CoinGecko ...

You are correct with your reviews. Since I spotted coingecko I use it far more often than coinmarket. Easy to navigate and a lot of token are listed there. It is really a good competition to coinmarket.

I using coinmarketcap and coingekco more than two years ago but I don't still know above features. It's really fantastic that a newbie user not need to create an amount. But I am astonished that how can I benifit from coinmarketcap and coingekco with trading.

By far my most favourite app to track crypto price, the thing about coingecko is that they listen to users and always try to strive for various users needs, this is the reason why they keep getting better on a daily bases, the interface is very user friendly and simple, they should keep the good work on.

Coingecko has become my favorite crypto price search site since I got to know about it. It's easy to use for me and very user friendly. I have not tried this feature before but I always visit their DeFi section to see how DeFi projects perform.

I believe CG also drives crazy traffic now cos the website sometimes is offline due to load.

Really This is one of the reason why I love COingecko, the portfolio dashboard is very good to track all your investment with one click, it is really shipping new features very fast I don't know the number of users on Coinmaketcap now but I believe the figure is likely to be close or Coingecko will have more visitors than COinmarketcap. If they keep adding new features they will surpass CMC team.

I feel really comfortable with how easy to check the prices of some of the tokens that I am interested in and invest in and check crypto assets in my wallets & exchanges.
Like you, I have no confidence in the data on coinmarketcap, especially the trading volume of Binance

Coinmarketcap is still the most famous crypto statistics website with more than 8 million views per day, but it is quite slow. That is why, recently, I switched to CoinGecko and discovered many interesting features.

My friends are also very excited about this, they have been using CoinGecko for a long time but have not tried it out.
I also use the portfolio creation function to practice trading with an investment of $1K divided equally among the 10 most notable cryptocurrencies. Of course I didn't add USDT & XRP

As you can see, I "made" $36.74 profit after 2 days.
Surprisingly, BNB is the cause of the drop in profits. I have "invested" at ATH

Yeah it is some nice feature I have been using it too for a while now and i am loving it, It gives you a good information about you assets financial position all in one glance and on like your case, BNB was my major crypto bust cus I invested when it was about $40+  and sold of after it fell to around $200+

CoinGecko is a very simple and useful service. There I constantly look at information about tokens and projects. Since everything is very convenient and informative.

I also use coingecko because it is much more faster than CMC. CMC is really slow.
But i am first learning about Portfolio feature.  I think this feature is really impressive. It is a very good feature. Thanks to you for telling about this to us.

Yeah, COinGecko is also one of the best cryptocurrency trackers besides Coin market Cap to see the portfolio and also the progress of the market price and also other information. But this site is much lighter and easier to be accessed than CMC, I know that it may be only my personal opinion, but I like using COinGecko more
