I have no idia.Who is best trading or Hold.

If you can trading profit consistent in bear or bull market will be better use your ethereum for trading, but if you can not do that will be better your ethereum be used for liquidity farming in DeFi are like lending borrowing or add liquidity pool stable eth. Because they will give you passive income in crypto than your ethereum is just idle without produce anything for you

if you have skill and experience in trade profitable in both bear and bull market, using ethereum for trading might be a good option or alternatively, utilizing ethereum in DeFi strategy like liquidity farming, leading and borrowing or even adding liquidity to stable pool can generate passive income.

yes unfortunately, there are no many people who has skill trading trading profit consistent in bull market or bear market mosthly of them lost, they don't know how to manage risk, how to manage emotion in trading and manage money in trading. so trading is not for everyone.
second choice about utilizing on ethereum DeFi, it needs technical skill to manage network wallet and calculating risk and rewards when utilize our crypto, so make sure learn first before we use DeFi.

It is not a must to invest in ETH, you can invest in other altcoins. We must always invest in the altcoins that we trust to increase high in the future. ETH is surely not growing well nowadays, the price looks like very difficult to be pumped. BNB, SOL, XRP, and TON are some good altcoins which can increase better than ETH in this cycle. However we can't underestimate ETH, it is still has a chance to increase again if we have altcoins season. So, for ETH holders, don't be so sad...

Everyone has their own choices and can be very different, but it must be admitted that Ethereum is still the best for altcoins now. Honestly, for now I prefer BNB, XRP, and SOL over ethereum.
because ethereum doesn't look good in the last two years, that's why I don't hold much ethereum, just a little. because I prefer other altcoins that I think have higher potential, BNB, XRP, and SOL

Trading an asset (stock, forex, options, etc.) is actually a way to earn a lot. Do you think holding is not exactly the same? Not really. You are holding a token, which means you have confidence in it that you can profit from it.

Frankly I can't actually force the fact that one is a better one that the other on a person and the reason is because it's more of a personal choice and although trading has a lot of profit attached to it, same way it does come with a whole lot of risks.

Not everyone is capable of taking huge risks neither is everyone capable of managing those risks that is why you could choose either of them depending on your decision and long term success.
