Reason why you hold Ethereum

Here, I have changed my opinion about Ethereum, as I said in the Solana forum. Lately, I have used both Optimism and Arbitrum intensively. And I must say that with these side chains, it works really, really well. I have tried some systems to do swaps and some systems to do the end of the DeFi, and I was really satisfied. The nice thing is that there are many, many applications that perhaps are not on the Poiygon network or Solana network.

But I also agree with you, this can also be a good controller in controlling spam from fraudsters. And indeed from the beginning this is also a more positive thing of course, because in a lower network there are more fraudsters roaming around.

I was praising Ton but I also agree that there are many fraud projects on Ton but that's just normal in crypto nowadays whether it's bullrun or not Scammers launch new projects and scam others anyway ETH is also now used for scamming for a long time though. Ethereum is already very stable and secure too.

I think it is impossible to have stable fees. But we can expect to see lower fees in the future. Maybe the developer will have a plan to do something, but I'm not really sure about it. It is not an easy matter, they need to change something. We must be patient to wait for the change of fee price.

What do you mean? Are the high fees to control the fraudsters?
Fraudsters can't be stopped, they will be always there. To lower the chance of fraudsters, everyone must improve their knowledge. I think this is the only way that we can do.

You can be right, Ethereum gas fees won't be as cheap as the transfer fees of Solana, Tron, or TON. I think it is because Ethereum has larger users, the transfer activities in Ethereum is bigger. This probably makes the transfer fees of Ethereum ecosystem is always quite expensive.

If it is in CEX, the transfer fees are determined by them. It is not caused by the traffic of activity, it is fixed fees made by them. Sure, it is quite high if we compare than other coins. I also don't understand why it is higher, but it may be caused the high number of Ethereum ecosystem or about the value of Ethereum.

We know that due to high fees on Ethereum we are forced to go to other networks such as BSC, SOL, TON, Tron and others that are cheaper. With such choices in place, we can transact lot more effectively, without facing the miles charges that could put lot of dents in our pockets.

Yes, as for the growth of Etheruem, it has the community, and one of the biggest community of users (traders, investors) globally that can enhance the demand and create low supply to boost prices.
If you look closely to the 24hour trading volumes, you may agree that Ether has the capacity, with excellent features (like Defi, smart contract) to boost investments returns in near future.
In recent times, Ether look very week, probability due to weak demand, but it will bounce back soon.

Ethereum is Best Altcoin we know. Now we are seeing etherium price sometimes increasing and sometimes decreasing. It is normal character of crypto-currency. But it also true that etherium price are not increasing like Bitcoin. But it also true and I think when Bitcoin price will stable then Ethereum price and others Altcoin price will increase extremely. Ethereum price now near about $2600 and when Alt session will start then Ethereum price will go near about $5k i strongly believe it.

Besides larger users the fee is driven by its consensus mechanism of proof of stake while, Solana consensus mechanism is a combination of POS and POH and Tron based on DPos they have big differences and due to these mechanisms, Sol and Trx have lower transactions fees. There are more reasons to why ETH have higher fee like congestions, high demand of defi models and most of the defi models use Metamask and ETH.

It is caused by the traffic and activity its wrong to say it is no caused by traffic if you see when due to congestion network fee increases on ETH network the fee on these exchanges also increases.

In fact, to many of us, transaction fees on the ethereum network can sometimes be on the high side which is even worse when withdrawing our funds which attracts other fees. An example of such a decision for selecting another network, such as Ton, with free transactions is that we do not have to cut costs while maintaining effectiveness.

For middle and lower class users, these savings are very large because any additional fee can affect investment yields. It still is possible to leverage the tools suggested by the community and make use of cryptocurrencies without dealing with high fees that are not very profitable.

For the ETH network, it can be said that it remains the most expensive among other altcoins, and indeed when withdrawing on exchanges in the ETH network it is still expensive, which is what many of me avoid.

I don't do many transactions on the TON network, are the transactions faster because of free fees?

If you only send ETH it is cheaper, but if you have sent tokens in ETH then the fee will be even more expensive, this is what is still being complained about until now.
The $3 shipping fee is still worth it to me.
