Reason why you hold Ethereum

I do not know why Ethereum is not growing as much as it was a few years ago. The growth is slow. Other crypto is becoming serious choice for investors as they look to buy. Those that are holding ETH still believe in the project but in the end they cannot hold unless they have some hope of making a profit.

I'm sure people who hold Ethereum, they're still confident about the potential profits. If they don't see the chance of making profits, they must already leave it. I'm also among the people who keep holding Ethereum because I think Ethereum must skyrocket again in the next few months. If it doesn't increase quickly, it may be caused of the lack of positive news from the project development. Vitalik Buterin became rarely announcing something new from Ethereum project. But I'm sure he must plan something to boost the price again. It is impossible if Vitalik Buterin gives up and wants to see another altcoin overtaking Ethereum.

Indeed, Ethereum is healthy not only in terms of leadership but also in terms of coders and developers actively working on it. If you think that it can next month skyrocket back to being what it was two months ago, that is because you looked not only at the recent price. I also think that pressure is placed on too many people when in fact a project as huge as Ethereum has its support in a community, technical staff and developers residing in different areas. Even if there is nothing that particular moment, one should not think that nothing is being planned at the same time. So therefore if one will be patient and hang in there it could well prove fruitful. But be prepared for anything.

Ethereum is able to maintain its ranking mainly because of the high transaction volume on its blockchain, not because of its price. There are still many coins with higher prices than Ethereum, but they can't surpass ETH in terms of volume.

When it comes to Ethereum’s potential, it really depends—potential in what aspect? Profitability, security, or something else?

To be honest, I don't hold Ethereum because there are still many other coins that can offer more profit than Ethereum.

Since I believe Ethereum will develop greatly in the future I hold it for little ammount.  It seems to be more than just hype and has practical use.  People are utilizing it for practical purposes and making things on it which I admire. In my opinion, it will be lot better as it becomes more affordable and faster. Compared to most other coins, I simply have better faith in it.

That growth is evident of which is why many are beginning to view Ethereum as indeed as a very promising platform. That is why we can confidently state that Ethereum refers to more than just virtual money as it is actively applied in various fields of life during the course of its existence. Other characteristics that set ethereum from its competitors include, Transaction cost, the time that it takes for the transaction to be completed and cost of imposing smart contracts. The decentralized and open applications show that Ethereum is much more than a fad and this will be a prominent aspect of digital technology.

If we delve deeper into the various coins in cryptocurrency, each coin has its own strengths and weaknesses.
In the past, many Ethereum (ETH) users complained about slow transaction speeds and relatively high transaction fees.
Now, Ethereum has addressed these issues by improving transaction speed and lowering fees.
However, since the reduction in transaction fees, Ethereum has faced difficulties in increasing its price.
