I don't really buy the idea of high APY. It's always a strategy to make you hold your coin and if the project price begins to dump, you wouldn't be able to sell because you will be locked in until a specific period of time though the opposite is beneficial.
Ps:I thought this thread was supposed to be defi tokens and nor generally all cryptos.

From my own perspective, I think it's very better to hold usdt than buying red candles without direction.
Bitcoin, the real defi is dumping die to criticisms by Elon Musk which has affected the whole market, now every one is speculating if probably he will sell his share of Tesla holding.

Hold different coins in cryptocurrency and invest in cryptocurrency is very profitable.  However, you have to be vigilant about the market.  Defi tokens are currently the most popular in cryptocurrency.  There are many good coins in the tokens that I can invest in without any hesitation.  Currently my first choice for the most popular tokens and invest tokens are Yfi Link Dia, Link Wbtc,, Dot, Xrp etc
