From the little experience am having I really believe in investment because trading is kind of stressful and really requires time, but if you are investing the only thing you need to do is to do your research about a coin then you can buy the coin and leave it in your wallet with stress. Trading requires lot's of money before you can make good profit, why investment you only require little amount of money so I really prefer investment than trading.

I actually think if you don't have much capital, it is better to trade (although fees can be a bigger issue with smaller sums). But with trading you can take advantage of shorter term price movements and if you do it often enough, profits accumulate. While with investing you have to wait a lot for profits to happen. I agree, though, that trading is much more stressful.

- never invest more than you afford to lose (I know that's common)
- never invest in short-term money that you need soon (the market can go against you)
- day trading can't compete with long-term investments if you're not an experienced trader.

These two terms are the main thing in the world of cryptocurrency. I think the investment will give you a good profit in terms of trading. If you want to do trading you have to gain knowledge about trading. And in investment just you have to know which coin will give you a good profit.

Technically trading is also investing so I think what you are talking about is holding vs trading. You can buy a coin and hold it for 1 or more years and enjoy massive growth if that project has that potential. On the other hand, you can move from one project to another with 20% or 50% profits and enjoy investing in so many crypto currencies.

Investment is almost always better choice except if you have big capital for day-trade. For me im not a whale so i prefer investment over trading. My strategy is analyzing market trends and innovative projects,doing a lot of research about developer team for seems if they are promising. Currently im targeting to invest on Web3.0 projects and one of my favorite is $CIRUS,still at low market cap and seems profitable to me,great developer team (Former Apple CEO joins them),and very innovative.If you trust the project you should invest on generously and wait for serious profits.

I think you don't need to be limited to one thing, although of course investments will not be as exhausting as trading in the moment with psychology. But just investing is boring, so I choose both directions.
