Doge price movement this year is not good but not for someone to think of selling it at a loss price. Some people must have bought their own Doge at a high price, when it was around $0.15, you don't expect them to sell at a loss price Doge is currently fluctuating at 0.11. They should wait until they recover their losses back and buy other potential altcoins as they wait on that to happen.

I didn't buy doge in this cycle because when it was bearish I had observed that this coin seemed to only rely on hype and support from famous people. I prefer to buy top 5 coins and increase the number of coins by buying gradually through the DCA method. Btcoin, ethereum, BNB and solana are my favorite coins

You are right, and I actually agree. It is still better that we first know that a crypto that we want to invest in is good, especially if we are going to do it as long-term holdings. Well, in fact, it's even better if we make the top altcoins or meme coins the basis rather than the ones that only became known because they hyped up in the short time it happened.

If Doge looks not convincingly, we don't force ourselves to buy Dogecoin. There are many other potential coins, even we also have some other good meme coins. But I prefer to choose fundamental coins because they look safer for me. Dogecoin and other meme coins rely on the hype only, meanwhile fundamental coins will never rely on the hype only. The fundamental coins can keep growing as long as they have products that continue to develop by the developers.

In reality, it takes several centuries to reach $100, and that's not counting market crashes. Besides the problem of the time, I'm also not really sure it will be worth $100 because of its total supply and its fundamental aspect. Dogecoin isn't a fundamental coin that has a strong reason to keep increasing its price, Dogecoin possibly never increases again its price when it loses its popularity and hype among the investors. We don't know how long the hype of meme coin to last, it may dissapear in the next few years. If it happens, I'm sure it will bring big impact to the existence of Dogecoin.

If the meme coin is indeed the potential one, it is doge, but there are still many potential altcoins other than doge, of course, to be used as an investment.
