Sometimes it's not actually about speculating huge values the question is what action or big move will cause price to skyrocket that much? The more difficult it is for those fundamental factors to occur then the thinner the possibilities of that particular coin reaching that value.
Since doge is considered as a meme coin then there is also a very high chance that prices will dip even when it eventually breaks the $1 mark let alone $10. The correction that would happen for such a move may cause a bigger dip than the initial pump.

There are no eyes for Doge, there are no eyes for Ethereum, there are no eyes for Tron, now, there are not even eyes on XRP, even after the capitalization has improved in recent months.
