萨尔瓦多总统向国会提交关于使比特币成为法定货币的草案

链闻消息，萨尔瓦多总统 Nayib Bukele 兑现了周末在迈阿密举行的 2021 年比特币大会上的承诺，已向国会提交了一项法案草案，该法案将使比特币成为该国法定货币，具体来说，商品可能会以比特币定价；税收可以比特币缴纳；比特币交易不会面临资本利得税；美元仍将是比特币价? ?的参考货币；比特币支付方式必须被所有经济代理商接受；政府将提供替代方案实现?? 密交易。该法案同时指出，萨尔瓦多 70% 的人口?? 法获得金融服务，联邦政府将促进必要的培训和机制，以允许人们使用?? 密货币。
