Cryptocurrency has a lot of cycles of corruption and you should always be careful. There are a lot of bad cycles out there who come up with different new projects at different times and investors here cheat by investing.As long as the system is decentralized with no central governance, New projects will start up and disappear if there is no funds.Yes for sure scams will never become zero.Investors invest in new project for more profits than old and established project but recently the number of fake projects is increasing.So be careful.

I think investors should keep their funds in old projects. New projects are adversely affecting the cryptocurrency market. I was annoyed with cryptocurrency at some point in the end of 2017. From then until 2018 the market situation was going to get worse in stages. Most of the new projects started to be fraudulent. Now that time has reappeared. Such new projects have now falsified the binance smartchain network. Because any token in this network is showing lequidety in pancake. But there is no trade in the market. So I think the current market is the best time to lose funds.

I think no. Rug pull project is rampant due to high profit in return which actually the motive is to cheat the community and leave.
