It is very important because devs are making a project successful, or if it’s a bad dev, can make it fail.

A good dev should have huge knowledge in crypto, coding and computer science because he needs to achieve a secure and fast blockchain. If he does not make a good code, such platform can be hacked and coins will be lost and lose value because of price dump.

Bitcoin [BTC]

Bitcoin is built by Satoshi Nakamoto who made a really big invention: PoW

Yearn Finance has a really great dev, Andre Cronje.
Andre Cronje invented Yearn Finance before Defi got famous. He is for Defi what Satoshi Nakamoto is for crypto when Satoshi invented Bitcoin.



Andre Cronje has written such a good code to enable a decentralized finance.

Yearn Finance is currently very undervalued because many shit Defi projects are doing a better marketing.

Binance coin [BNB]

Binance is a very weak platform and very unproven. And has it real devs? Because Binance CEO does not seem to be a coder. He’s only active at marketing.
Binance seems to be really a bad coin.


Tron coin [TRON]

Tron coin was launched by Justin Sun to defeat Ethereum but people don’t like Tron. It can be seen easily about Justin Sun’s coding skills: he can’t it!
For Tron’s devs it can be seen clearly: Tron has no scientific standards which are needed for defeat Ethereum.
Like Binance, Justin Sun from Tron is only good for marketing and for coding, Tron is like Binance not a robust network.
Maybe it’s simple copy paste.

But coding and programming skills are extremely important for a project because if no coding exists, a project will fail. It can happen for team members to copy an existing project and use it as a fork but such projects are very bad if no team member can code new features and such coins will be fail.
Coding and computer scientist members are extremely important for a project to make new, revolutionary fetaures, code it and make it work, like Satoshi Nakamoto did, when he coded Bitcoin.

Yes i always research abot the backend team of a project as tgey help me much do decide if it is a legit project or not. Iof the devs are good have good reputation in the world this is very unlikely that they are going to evolve with any type of scam projects. This helps me to prevent my money by investing in scam projects.

Each coin will be evaluated for features, robustness, security, scalability and decentralization and if team members don't know about computer science and can't code, it won't have a good result for techical details of a coin.

The devs are playing a very important role in the success of any project, since what we are actually dealing here in the world of cryptocurrency is a bunch of programs. However, it does not necessarily mean that this is the only aspect we have to look at.  Good devs can be found and hired if one has the money. In some cases, good devs can be hampered by lack of marketing, which is also another critical component for any project. Now, the problem is that how do we really assess good devs when they are not really our neighbors and anybody can be making fake profiles? The bottom line is that there is no sure-fire formula in determining if a project can be successful or not but definitely looking at the devs can help.

According to your OP, you say that BNB and Tron are two bad projects. Could you tell me why in your opinion they are bad?. Are they bad because their CEOs can't write code?. I think your argument is too shallow mate, how could you say that Tron and Binance are bad when in reality they are the two of the top-ranking cryptocurrencies in the crypto space today? In that case, I don't agree with your observation, Although that a knowledgeable coder CEO can be an advantage to any project at some point. But it doesn't mean that your a good coin/platform, you should base your assessment in all aspects not only on one side.
