四川乐山法院判决一起抢劫比特币和以太坊案构成抢劫罪，一被告入刑十年

链闻消息，据红星新闻网报道，四川乐山一起抢劫虚拟财产案宣判，2020 年 10 月底，三名男子抢劫受害人 29 枚比特币和 1258 枚以太坊，当时总价值近 600 万元人民币，法院审理认为三人以非法?? 有为目的，采取暴力、胁迫手段，劫取他人财物，数额巨大，其行为构成抢劫罪，分别判刑 7 年半至 10 年。
