I don't know what the new religion of Bitcoin is. Because I am a new member of this forum. New members in the forum should be given the opportunity all the time. So that we can all work together.

I don't agree if bitcoin is called a "new religion". bitcoin is an asset and also a currency that is very booming, so bitcoin is more suitable to be called the "favorite asset" in this era, not religion.
I prefer bitcoin as a coin that can be used to make any transaction you want because in terms of price movements and many people who can accept payments using bitcoin, bitcoin should be more than an asset.

I am reading some Bitcoin stuffs online and this headline caught my attention: "Is Bitcoin a religion? If not, it soon could be" and I thought to myself that maybe to some people indeed Bitcoin is functioning like some form of faith while already not believing the current financial and monetary set-up established by our government a long time ago.

But honestly, since I have my own religious beliefs to, I can not be easily carried away by any religious and emotional appeals, and I realize that there can be many people like me who might not like the idea of brining Bitcoin into the religious realm.

Now, having said that, do you think there can be advantages to Bitcoin if we start linking it to religious matters?

Bitcoin is not a religion, religion is a testimony or belief of the creator of the universe.
We can trust bitcoin as an asset but not as God.
It's a joke to think bitcoin is a religion even though our belief in this asset is huge
We believe bitcoin will bring us profit but not life.
That's my opinion, maybe wrong.

Cryptocurrency All those of us who work are thinking of a place to work.Religion has nothing to do with work. Religion belongs to everyone It is not right to compare religion with work.Religion is faith and there are many religions whose religion he is following And in cryptocurrency, everyone's work is almost the same, so there should be no question of religion in the work

We can never accept Bitcoin as our religion. Because no one can say when this bitcoin will be and when it will not be 100% sure. Hey Bitcoin is just a source of income Besides, I can't accept anything else.

I don't think that's true because as long as the seller accepts payments using bitcoin, it is certain that bitcoin can be used to buy whatever they want, it's just that only a few people know bitcoin, so it can be said that bitcoin is only used by certain groups.

If bitcoin is a religion, it mean it has also become a god.
Actually we operate both in the world and in crypto currency by faith, but we can also predict. According the my religion. All we do in the world is by faith and bitcoin is one of the things that has been predesigned in the plan of this world to come into existence and since it has expectations, faith is also needed to deal with it. So many other things that requires faith. It is not enough to call it a religion but we can't say, anyone could decide to make a religion out of it.

No, I don't agree bitcoin is new religion.
Many people believe in bitcoin but I think their belief as asset.
Not as faith , Two different thing.
Bitcoin is digital asset and more profitable for investment.
Religion is about faith, where God in my soul.
But every one have own opinion, let's share here.

Bitcoin cannot be called a religion in any way. Because we sincerely believe in our religion and try to follow the rules of religion to the fullest. But in the case of Bitcoin, we do nothing. And no one can trust Bitcoin 100%. Bitcoin Bitcoin is nothing more than a digital currency. So I think it is foolish to compare religion with Bitcoin.

I don't think it even makes sense for people to start thinking of Bitcoin in that light. Just because Bitcoin is now something that can make some investors rich in the shortest time does not mean it should be likened to any form of religion, though we understand that this might be individuals that see money as a religion, so those might easily think the same for Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is the result of the development of digital technologies. This is the result of scientific and practical development, not a religion. Let anyone who wants to pray for bitcoin, these are his problems. But comparing Bitcoin to religion is completely incorrect. In any religion there is a supernatural being who is worshiped as the creator of all life on earth, including the creator of man. I would not like to see bitcoin worshiped in this sense. This can offend the feelings of believers in many religions.

Agree, comparing bitcoin to religion is incorrect.
Bitcoin is digital asset, religion is faith.
We should  distinguish between religion and assets.
I like bitcoin , but I love my God so much.
Bitcoin is very profitable to invest, but God is always in my soul.
Maybe other members have own opinions.

My opinion on this is not positioned by the peculiarity of bitcoin to religion, but by a new era of cryptography and creativity in the system, the bitcoin artist of his life is an independent figure

Bitcoin is not a currency.
Bitcoin is a digital asset.
Bitcoin is not a religion.

Until whenever Bitcoin will remain a digital asset because Bitcoin is something that is very valuable than anything else in the digital world and this is my principle.
Bitcoin for me is a future asset whose price goes up and down every day and is difficult to control, Bitcoin is my savings for my old age as a legacy to my descendants.
