Older coins are more reliable than newer ones. There is room for trust in them, it will never run out suddenly and the price is likely to pump up several times during bullruns. Sometimes the old ones dump the price too much, but during bullruns we get a lot back.

Why are you sure that old coins are likely to pump? Technologies are always going forward. Demand on past ideas is always decreasing. So why would someone be so interested in pumping old coin? What old coins used to offer or tried to achieve 5 years ago? For example transaction speed and price. If for example, something old like Tron, would announce that starting from today their transaction would cost not 1 TRX ($0.12), but 10 times less, that wont make market crazy, as there are more cheaper blockchains also.
Old coins that still have a large community and are of great use to users are likely to be pumped again, this has happened a lot. I also invest in old coins such as bitcoin and ethereum, because these two coins are believed by many people to be pumped and rise again and touch ATH.

When I returned to the world of cryptocurrencies a year and a half ago, I really believed in the growth of Litecoin.  At that time, stablecoins were not so good at fast and cheap transactions, and everyone sent cryptocurrencies through the LTC.  Or TRON.  Therefore, I believed in the increase in the price of LTC.  But then I realized that now is the time of hype, not usefulness.  Therefore, I realized that it is better to trade only Bitcoin.

Old coins that still have a large community and are of great use to users are likely to be pumped again, this has happened a lot. I also invest in old coins such as bitcoin and ethereum, because these two coins are believed by many people to be pumped and rise again and touch ATH.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are top cryptocurrency, but we are talking about other old coins. What is the point mentioning them as an example? This is like believing that such stablecoin as USDT value will never drop down. Better show me an example of any old coins, that was once in top10 or top30, lets say 3-5 years ago (to call it as an OLD), and point me when it was pumped. And by pump I mean a real price pump, not a 5-10% gain.

Now about "large community", look at old "Ethereum killer" called NEO. Once it was a promising project with cool ideas. It was once in top20. Today it still has a large community. But we dont hear much about projects on NEO blockchain, nor hear much about NEO at all.

It's true that something that happened in the past and old coins can still grow when they experience bear markets is one of the things that makes us believe in old coins, especially in coins that have been through several bear markets.

Now I will feel more calm when holding old coins even though there is a correction or a fairly deep decline, because what we experienced in the past when holding these coins we will still return when the market recovers.

I do not dare to say so because we have witnessed the disappearance of many oldcoins such as Namecoin, Peercoin, Terracoin of bullrun 2013 and the same thing may repeat with many other old coins: EOS, LTC, XRP... I can only say that many old coins have gained a solid position in this market and strong support from the investment community.

When investing in old coins, we must expect that their community is large enough to promote their price increase in the new cycle. New projects often only need attractive tokenomics and an interesting solution to be able to gain the support of large funds and participate in the newest and strongest trends in the market.

As for meme coins, I didn't buy these coins because of a bad past experience, I was late selling them and made a loss.
I personally know people who made 100's of thousands with meme coins. It's hard to know that which meme coin is going to be a good one and which one is going to be a fail one and that's why I don't recommend anyone to invest in meme coins unless they know what they're doing. Only those people can make profits from meme coins who sell their holdings at right time.

Profit wise then using up our own common sense would really be telling us that investing on altcoins is much more worth than with Bitcoin.
I would say that only good altcoins can be profitable for investors like Doge, BNB, Solana, TON, ETH, LTC, and a few others. Most of the altcoins aren't recommended as they aren't profitable at all, I personally invest in good and reputable altcoins with good teams not the ones that are created to loot money of the investors.

I often suggest investors to avoid new launched altcoins and new launched meme coins as those are quite risky . If someone wants to earn profits from altcoins then one should only choose the altcoins that have done good in past and that could do better in future.
If you want to choose altcoins, choose the top coins. I agree with the coins you mentioned because I also have BNB, Solana, TON, ETH, LTC. As for meme coins, I didn't buy these coins because of a bad past experience, I was late selling them and made a loss.  Bitcoin remains the top priority, then altcoins are top for the next choice.
It's good that you are preferring to invest into top coins that rather than those new coins that has a higher chance of it being a failed, or a scammed project. Top coins don't mean they will not fail at some point, but it's way lesser than those that has lower market cap. Top coins equals higher market cap, and higher market cap for me means larger community behind it since they have many supports that are supporting the project.

Like you, Bitcoin is also my top priority and as for altcoins, I prefer those that are outside of top 15 aside from Ethereum.

It's good to know that you focus more on those altcoins that are outside of top 15 but there are some good altcoins in top 15 that could gain enough value if someone knows their importance.

Altcoins like Solana, BNB, and TON are in top 15 altcoins and other than Ethereum those 3 can also be good choices I believe.

EOS is done for, billions of dollars raised, did nothing. LTC is used as cheaper alternative when Bitcoin fees are unfeasible, some use but not worth to be on top. XRP has some big partnerships, so it may stick around in top list.

With careful consideration and analysis that has been carried out, if you want to focus on altcoins that are outside the top 15 rankings. Don't hesitate if you are sure That there are still those who can make a better contribution than others, so stay optimistic.
That's right, BNB, SOL, TON, which are the best and most potential altcoins, and BNB and TON have created their ATH, are the best choices besides Ethereum, whose contribution has been confirmed.

If Tron has been one of the old tokens as said, then it has bounced back trending on a massive adoptions by users because currently, Tron is being one of the must use network for an exchange.

I guess if someone who knows about TON and Solana then that person will always prefer those two coins to others. I highly agree that not only TON or Solana but BNB is also a good coin and it has proven its worth over last few years. Ethereum will always remain on top when it comes to altcoin and I'm pretty sure no other altcoin is ever going to take its place.

Old coins that still have a large community and are of great use to users are likely to be pumped again, this has happened a lot. I also invest in old coins such as bitcoin and ethereum, because these two coins are believed by many people to be pumped and rise again and touch ATH.
There will be big chance to be pumped again if the old coins still have big community, have high daily volumes, show good progress, and always update the information to the public. This simply indicate that the projects are still alive, people still have good interests to the projects. We shouldn't doubt that the old coins from the projects, must be pumped again someday. For example Ethereum and BNB coin, these old coins really become the example of trusted old coins. For Bitcoin, it is always the number 1 option for crypto investment. But Ethereum, BNB, and other good old coins deserve to be the priority as well.

If we look at the very rapid journey of digital currency, I think old coins are better than new coins because many new coins fail in the middle of the road and after the project fails they don't develop it again so the project dies, over time the project becomes a failed project. Old coins will develop from time to time because every time they discover new technology they will definitely install it and they don't want to be left behind with new coins.
