If I am new to cryptocurrency then I certainly do not want to take the risk of choosing an old coin because I am afraid that this old coin is no longer being developed. Unless maybe I have to choose Bitcoin as an old coin that is a legend and I can also be here because I know the beginning of Bitcoin. Maybe there are other members who can give me advice on buying old coins?
There are still many old coins that have survived until now including ethereum, this is also the second best coin after bitcoin so you can choose old coins in the top coins, but if you like new projects that show good development and popularity, you should do research first because their reputation is not yet proven like old coins.

Yep, there are many gems that are still shining through, only time is needed to see the results though, quite a lot, but without that many risks involved.
If you want to see the pearl shine, we wait for next year during the bullish season. Old coins are still the safest pearls to own.
As fellow crypto lovers, we must always do research and make analysis so that we can find good coins to hold.
Bullish season will happen next year, probably in the first quarter of 2025. We will see what pearls we buy now and shine next year. I also still hold a lot of old coins because I am not so interested in new coins because they are too risky.

I hope we will see good results as you said or a bit earlier ;D And, of course, old coins are there for stability, others - for potential (with risks attached).

Well, i think old coins can not give you much profit since they are already well established and developed but they have something no new coins have , they have the ability to recover from any market crashes, they are more reliable and less volatile than new coins. Of all coins Bitcoin is the most reliable but then if you are only after profit the you can try out new coins at your own risk but only for a short period of time. My advice for a newbie is to go for old coins.

I see that Ethereum is ranked number 2 on coinmarketcap and I also see that the creation of this Ethereum coin is very old, which is 2013 ago. But there was also something that was quite hotly discussed yesterday, old coins like Waves were removed from Binance, which is Binance's number 1 exchange. What do you think about old coins like Waves but now being removed from Binance?
I am not a Waves holder, because from the beginning I saw this coin I was not interested. I am more interested in the top 5 coins. Because if the coin experiences a decrease in volume on major exchanges like Binance or is no longer in demand, it is likely that the coin will be removed.
I think you are trading and also investors at Waves coins as Hodler. I just want to know your opinion about coins waves that are delist from binance even though the coin waves are coins that have long been circulating.

If I am new to cryptocurrency then I certainly do not want to take the risk of choosing an old coin because I am afraid that this old coin is no longer being developed. If for a comparison with Bitcoin, it can certainly produce high trust and get more benefits because Bitcoin is its number 1 coin in Cryptocurrency. I'm only interest comparison with altcoins old , do you have any refference for hold old altcoins?

Maybe you can provide information on what old coins have the potential to recover quickly. So far only a few old coins have the potential to have a price recovery. But all price movements still depend on the price of Bitcoin. Although old coins have very strong support.

I think old coins will recover quickly during the bullish season, if only now when bitcoin starts to improve I think old coins still seem to struggle. Only what I see is that Matic has shown a good increase, I haven't had time to check the market because of his busy schedule and also because I only hold for the long term

The x's correspond to the risks, so to speak. I agree with you.

We are still on the same page, having strong support means they can recover faster than new coins  even though they are being driven by bitcoin. What is important is knowing that investing in old coin is safer than investing in new coins if they must invest in altcoins.

What coins would you choose besides BTC and ETH? ;D

For newbies, it is better to choose old coins, because they are safer and recover faster when corrected, although the profit is not as big as new coins. We can get bigger profits in new coins, but it takes research before buying new coins because their reputation has not been proven. I don't have much experience in doing research on new coins, because I have also experienced defeat several times.

The market is doing opposite of what you say. Old altcoins, whos prices have dropped after previous bull market havent recovered yet, not even half of the prices they used to have, and you say they recover quickly. Take any altcoin that wasnt top10-20 last years, and check its prices. Most of them sell have minus 60-80% from previous ATH. Where is a quick recovery? Matic shows good results. -82% from ATH. That is really impressive.

Almost old coins price dropped drastically and get difficult position recovery to higher price, I believe still has opportunity raise up to higher price again but right now most of old coins seems not really worth it than investing with new coins for short term target.
Any new altcoin easily break out to higher price and have good increasing comparison price than old coins, I think if want earn much profitable in short term investing in new altcoins is better way than keep invest with old coins take longer time get recovery.

I think you are right that many old cryptocurrencies have lost value and are having trouble getting back up. I still believe they can grow again but new cryptocurrencies might be better choice for making money quickly. New cryptocurrencies can quickly go up in value making them appealing for short term investments. Instead of this old cryptocurrencies might take longer to get back their value making them less attractive for those looking for fast profits.

By the way keep in mind that investing in new cryptocurrencies is riskier too so it is good to do your research before investing. Smart approach is to consider both new and old cryptocurrencies to make informed decisions and possibly earn more money.

Yes, I still believe because considering that in the crypto world we cannot predict, maybe now the market price is still going down but there is a big possibility that it will soar high tomorrow. So start investing according to your analysis. Will the coins you invest in make a profit in the future or will you suffer a loss?

There are still many good and potential old coins until now, but it is true that investing in altcoins is not as profitable as investing in new coins, because the increase in new coins is greater and suitable for the short term. But we have to do research first before investing in new coins, the risk is also too high.
