Although new coins have more influence in the market recently, investing in old reliable coins is relatively safe. New coins usually increase in price until the hype lasts, and once the hype is over, those coins lose value. There is also doubt as to when those coins will return to their original position in the future. But there are some old projects where investment can get multiple returns. When the market is bullish, the old reliable coins can rise again, but the new coins that are only based on hype are more likely to lose.
Honestly I believe more in old coins that are in the top 10 coins on CMC, although I also invest in new coins. But I invest in new coins for the short term after getting profit I will look for other coins to trade.
New coins provide big profits if we can choose good coins, but this requires long research.

Coins in the Top 10 or 50 in CMC are strong enough that investing in them may not yield large profits very quickly, but the fund is very safe.  It means that the fear of losing funds completely is less

I disagree with this and want to give my opinion about that the old coins can be trusted without a doubt and I want to say here old coin are trustable than the new coin but based on the analysis not without any doubt.
And and if you are looking for the reason there are lots of old altcoin in market whose price are decreasing day by day and don't have the good chances in the future and here I am seeing good future on the Notcoin and Dogscoin. So how you will judge this I have brought in around 2021 SLP around 250$ and these are now below 19$.

I agree with you who prefer to invest in old coins, I also invest in top coins and so far I have observed that old coins that have a good reputation are safer to hold for the long term.
I don't really like new ones because based on my past experience I always lose when investing in new coins.

Yes, buying already existing coins is safer as these are usually supported by relatively large market capitalizations or tried and tested environments. That is why these coins are generally less sensitive towards significant variations, particularly if they’re compared to recently established coins that usually demonstrate higher volatility and more unpredictable market risks. The various kinds of analysis available in the market indicate that coins such as Bitcoin and Ethereum have always demonstrated predictable growth rates regardless of the overall trends of the market. This means that with this strategy we can reduce our overall risk exposure in a way that the assets are still capable of making good money in the long run even if it will not be able to recover significant losses.

I still spend most of my assets on quality old projects like Ethereum, EOS, IOTA, NEO, TRON. I still assume they have x100 potential in this bullrun.

Do you own old coins? Do you still believe in their future?
I still have confidence in all those old coins more than the new coins in market currently, most of the coins have been in space for some times, and they have been able to survive the market even during the worst moment. If you end up investing in most of this new projects, then you might end up being disappointed because they won’t even perform well even during bull run, some of them might even die before the bull run starts, that’s why we just have to be careful when making investment in new projects.

Most of this projects might not do so many X when the bull run start, but some of them might even perform well more than the new projects which are just entering the market, and most of the new coins listed on exchanges currently do end up not performing well, and within a short period of time, they will be  dis listed in some exchanges.

Many old coins still survive and are popular today, so if you still believe in old coins rather than new coins are correct but we should also see many new coins that have the potential to compete with old coins,. TON, SUI dan Aptos   as well as coins that will have Potential to compete with old coins in the future.

Indeed, the older coins such as Bitcoin, ethereum, and Litecoin still have niche appeal and have established themselves in the market as more reliable forms of the crypto-cash. This is a clear testimony of the market resilience and popularity which is as a result of long lasting experience and increased market capacity with out products. Most investors feel comfortable with these coins because they realize that for a number of them, they have been around and have been able to transverse through numerous phases of difficult markets up to periods of steep ascends and dramatic declines. This makes them more reliable particularly for those individuals that are already seeking for more older cryptocurrencies.

Still, there are new coins such as TON, SUI and Aptos, new opportunities that have to be considered. These coins have features attached with new innovations and technologies necessary for overcoming some of constraints found in the present coins such as the question of scalability, the issue of speed and the question of energy consumption. For instance, TON has an opportunity to provide a faster approach to communication and transaction solutions in the distributed network, in contrast to SUI and Aptos that provide a more effective blockchain system. If their innovations do capture the users and developers then they could easily out-compete these so called legacy coins in the future.

Yes, I also agree that old coins still dominate and control the cryptocurrency market in equal measure. But at the same time, it is impossible not to notice that there are new coins, including, for example, TON, SUI and Aptos which have every chance to increase their value and even surpass old coins in the future. The advances made in technology and innovation within the blockchain ecosystem show that these new coins can provide chances that are just as appealing as before; that is why it is always vital for us to remain ready for change and growth potential that may come with these new coins.

I think the old coins that are especially potential are very good coins and will not disappoint their holders because of the reputation that has been given so far.
But I agree with you that although there are not many new coins that have potential, there are also those that can contribute in time, TON, SUI, because both are currently the best, in my opinion, especially with SUI, which was able to reach its ATH yesterday. It must be a concern to be used as an attractive investment too.

If you trust on old coins, I think it is no problem to focus on old coins only. It is not a must to invest in new altcoins, many of them are just too risky. It is not easy to find out potential new altcoins, it is much easier to choose old coins. BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, ADA are some examples of very trusted old coins. I also invest most my funds in those coins, I think my funds will be secure to put on those old coins. I honestly avoid to invest much on new altcoins.

In the list of top coins, besides new famous names like Solana, Polygon, Polkadot, Terra, Cardano… there are still many famous old projects from last season like EOS, IOTA, Litecoin, Waves, NEO, TRON... Many people say that these are old platforms and are considered "zombie platforms" because they don't have many users now. Many people even mock them and say they will soon be replaced by newer, stronger, more user-friendly projects.

Personally, I still believe that each token has its own moment. The old projects have been around for about 3-4 years, and the team has enough time to perfect the technology and create a product for the community. This is very different from new projects that haven't run testnet/mainnet or MVP yet, everything is still just a promise on paper… Also their community is huge, and these tokens are absolutely worthy for whales to select and pump/dump.

I still spend most of my assets on quality old projects like Ethereum, EOS, IOTA, NEO, TRON. I still assume they have x100 potential in this bullrun.

Do you own old coins? Do you still believe in their future?

Old coins are seen as stable and more reliable coins . With their history of overcoming many bear and bull markets. This has made them stronger, safer and trust worthy for investors and even newbies in the crypto market. Yes there is time for everything. An old coins might depreciate in it value or might seize to exist in the nearest future but old coins are still the best sure bet . Newer coins might be challenging to this old coins in terms of innovation but because of the established user base and continuous upgrade they continue to survive the market   I personally own an old coins and I'd wait patient cause I know it will definitely rise.

Yes, many old coins are good coins but it doesn't mean every old coins deserves to invest in. There are some old coins that look not really potential anymore, some old coins have no significant increase anymore. So we must be always doing a research or analysis before we choose any old coin. Make sure that the team/developer still cares with the coin's development.

TON, SOL, SUI are some potential coins. There is good progress on these coins this year. The teams also look quite active to develop them. It will be more reliable if they keep good communication with the community. Anyway SUI reached its ATH, and TON and SOL may reach their ATH soon.

Ton, Sol, SUI has indeed shown good performance and popularity this year, I am also a hold of this coin and hope to benefit if we hold until next year.
Old coins are always a priority but it is better to make observations and research whether the coin is still feasible or abandoned by the developer. Because many old coins do not have good progress and are left behind by investors.

Many old coins still survive and are popular today, so if you still believe in old coins rather than new coins are correct but we should also see many new coins that have the potential to compete with old coins,. TON, SUI dan Aptos   as well as coins that will have Potential to compete with old coins in the future.
I honestly avoid to invest much on new altcoins.
agreed I am also more comfortable and feel the risk is lower to invest in old coins such as BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, ADA because these coins have been proven and have survived until now. I focus more on old coins than new coins because I think in investing we have to take the smallest risk, while new coins have a greater risk. And this is a matter of money, I also do not lose my capital to invest in crypto.
