Well, from my point of view our forum has a good moderator team already and they can manage all the troubles by themselves, without new ones. But I see that some unfair users think thak a subforum without an own moderator can be used like a trash bin for everything, and that's bad.
For instance, this subforum https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=346.0 has only 3 topics of 11 which could stay, two of them started by admin.
Strange but maybe ok topic «$10K for your project» could stay... just not to make all subforum empty.
Started by admin «Angel investing VS. VC investing» is okay for this subforum.
Started by admin pinned rule topic «No crypto related !!!! break this rule and get banned!» shows why mostly all other topics are off-topic in here, except one HYIP topic which is off-topic for another reason.

I'm sure any global moderator can clean up this subforum in several minutes, it is not a problem, but it would be better if more subforums would have own moderators to prevent spamming in them. It would not take too much of my time to take care of several small subforums like:

As for subforum developement, honestly I don't think that non-crypto related business topics would ever be really popular on crypto-related forum. They can have some interest from crypto society, but not too much (and no interest at all if being spammed with off-topic). I guess many bounty managers would count posting in these subforums as off-topic and it would make them not so popular also. I would not expect too much from these subforums.

I support the idea of Jokers taking on non-crypto related sections. They aren't that busy, but it would be good to have someone keep an eye on them, otherwise spam posts get left there for days or weeks as I agree global mods rarely attend to these. I only visit these areas when I'm bored, I feel like other mods do the same

I'm not sure we would need mods for other quieter english-speaking sections in hurry, as I feel like collectively we keep a good enough eye on the rest (personally speaking) but mainly I support someone who gets this forum and contributes by reporting topics etc to contribute more. In this case: Jokers.
