Industrialization always improves the lives of the people. Nigeria is the center of Africa so if the country have access to raw materials and can produce stuff like how Indians did it then maybe Nigeria can catch up.

I'm not aware what products are manufactured in Nigeria but yes cryptocurrency will save a country. Countries today are adopting BTC, the newest so far is Brazil. If Nigeria starts buying nd people are also using BTC. there could be a chance.

Nigeria is a consumer based Economy that's why we are experiencing this high inflation rate the solutions to our problems as a country is simply we need to start producing things for our self because everything that we are using in the country is imported and we can't use this kind of mind set in improving our economy that's why our are experiencing this high prices of things in the market, our economy needs immediate attention but I don't really see help from any where soon.
With the present state of our economy we can't be talking about meeting up with European economies because the Gulf is too much our problems as a country is how we can eat and survive not planning to catch up with European economies we really need to take responsibility for our economy and take power power from the president manegers of our economy

We can't be talking about meeting up with western Economies because we are Miles away even if they stop developing their Economies now for the next twenty years to come we will still be behind them because we don't have vision as a people and country our problem is how we can steal money and run to foreign countries so there's no way we can meet up with the economies of these western countries that you mentioned because we lack leadership as a country, leadership in this country is turn by turn so those with the best ideas don't get to office so our economy will still suffer till any day we decides to wake up

Economic degradation is based on is relatable to a couple of important things that determines the performance of a country's economy and I think the majority ones are availability of resources, management of resources, and population. Well if we talk concerning resource availability yes Nigeria has a majority of them but on problem we have is managing them we have been too dependent on oil only for too long and currently it's value isn't as profitable as it was a couple of decades back.

Currently the world although still partially dependent on oil has actually been exploiting a couple of other sources of energy especially cleaner ones. So based on just this little brief I'll say management is the problem we currently face.

It is not going to be something easy but if we try as a country and decide to want to be like the western countries, I feel we can achieve that one day. Several years back, many of this industrialized countries haven’t gone far in there economies to be one of the best and better than what they use to be, but all thanks to their leaders who are very determined to make the country better for their people.

We know the problem of the country and it’s clearly that our leaders are the more causes of our downfall and always trying a way to steal money for their unborn generations to reap from. A generational wealth is what most of them are gathering which is not supposed to be so. We may not lose hope because it’s our country but deep down things are not getting any better for us as a country and we need total revolution to get things right, maybe it’ll be better one day as optimism is our watchword always.

In Nigeria, we have access to raw materials but lack the necessary technologies to convert them into finished products. This is why we export raw materials to developed countries at a lower cost while importing finished goods from them at a higher cost, thereby enriching developed countries while impoverishing ourselves. We can only complain but do nothing because we are not prepared to compete with the developed countries.

Unfortunately, even when technologies are imported, they are obsolete, making it difficult to compete with the products of developed countries in the global market. To illustrate how bad things are, a Nigerian would prefer foreign-made products over locally-made products. This is simply because locally made products appear to be substandard and inferior to foreign-made products. This disparity can be explained by the type of technology used.

You are talking about Nigeria being revived and also talking about the western world, have you taken your time to do a little research on the western nations and how they got to where they are now? Most of these western nations once went through what Nigeria is currently experiencing but it took the will of the people and activities to change the system through some processes which I will not mention.
If this country want's to stand again then it should start from the individual ie the citizens coming together to do the needful and when that is done, there would be a strong shakeup and change on the entire system of government and only then would there be a normal life in the country.

For the economy to actually improve, there has to be an adequate investment in human capital developments. Investment in human capital developments is on the increase and will actually lead to more creative individuals having an influence on society.

If our government can focus on that, you will surely observe a change and an improvement in the economy.

You are right. A nation that makes investments in its human capital will grow quickly. The economy does not expand on its own. It will be difficult for people to make a significant contribution to the economy when they are not developed because human activity and policies are what can expand the economy.

Actually not necessarily labor investment. Economic progress is relatable to exploiting your natural resources and looking for ways to sustain their economy even in cases where the natural resources become no longer available like in the case of crude oil or some other raw materials like coal. The thing is maximizing economic status will improve the rate at which natural resources are taken advantage of.

Some countries don't have that much natural resources and as a result they device other means like tourism and even taxation to build their economy failure to do any of these can result in increase in inflation which is currently a huge problem.

in a country i think the government should prioritize the the people to have a home. giving them a head start where they can feel safe and somewhere to rest their heads. and it doesn't motivate them i they can't find a place. i think finland did this to their people also. prioritize the country and not the war of other countries by sending billions to them while homelessness grows each day.

Yeah of course you do have a point. Actually practically speaking if you check countries that have good citizenship benefits and a proper economic status, you find out that some of the citizens are still not satisfied with the improvements and amenities of the government but still it's understandable since humans are unsatiable.

The thing is a proper economic status and citizenship benefits cannot be overemphasized in fact although people may complain still even if the system is fairly ok , it's still better than a totally messed up system being eaten up by inflation. The factors to an extent you find out that governments of different countries take economic responsibilities more seriously than in other countries which isn't very nice.
