We decide that the evidences are clear and valid.
the accounts are connected.
they follow bounty with multi account.
judges have decided :

+ add to label duplicate  and  suggest MULTY Account or CHEATER badge  ( BIG LABEL )
+ Make Karma 0
+ We also consider that they can't allowed use their signature (blocked their signature column)
+ Abang Jago get + 50 karma, thanks for his/her Investigation
