I don't understand why is this president complaining. they can easily tax the Bitcoin mining industry located in their territory. One, they can be able to charge a hefty fees like permit to do business and they can charge a certain percentage of the Bitcoin generated. The power to tax is always in the hands of the government. And all of these things can be part of a regulatory framework which Kazakhstan can easily put into law and be implemented.
