same thing happen here! I have many tokens.in my wallet as of to date but don't have value at all. I'm quite disappointed because I hold it for a long time but it seem it still not awaken. there are exchanges to my token but the value is seemvery small it can't even compensate with gas fee.

I think patient pays if the coin/token has good potential and are reliable projects. I have some coins in my that i have  waited for, àt least 3years for price to rise but unfortunately, many of them has no value and some are dead.
Crypto is very difficult to predict, however there few project out there that has huge benefits if we are patient to hold. A proper research are needed to get good bounty campaigns that are worth waiting.

With patience, i can hold a coin for about a year or even more and normally, it does not happen in vain, in the end, sometimes i'm able to earn 500% or even more increment. The patient is needed because "holding" tokens requires being sick. If you cannot be patient, you can easily sell or buy tokens with your emotional nature. It would be bad because you often can't think of the price with an emotional nature. Instead, you can sell it at a cheap price and buy at a high rate. I decided to write this post because a lot of people say they are 'patient' until the market crashes then suddenly they are 'impatient' and panic sell. A word of advice, you must maintain your patience at all times even when the market crashes up and down or stays flat.

Keep in mind your own eagerness to buy or sell an asset can lower your returns dramatically.
